Brunely Vacqueyras Blanc

Deze prachtige witte wijn komt uit Frankrijk, uit de zuidelijke Rhône-vallei. Gemaakt van een blend van Marsanne, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc en Viognier druiven, afkomstig van 35 jaar oude wijnstokken op kiezelrijke terrassen. Na handmatige oogst worden de druiven licht geperst en fermenteert het sap 15-20 dagen bij 14-18°C in betonnen tanks. De wijn rijpt vervolgens 2-3 maanden op de fijne lie, wat zorgt voor een frisse en pure smaak. 

In het glas heeft deze wijn een heldergele kleur. Het aroma is rijk aan wit fruit en steenfruit. In de mond proef je sappig fruit en groene pruimen, met verfrissende zuren en subtiele perziktonen naar het einde toe. De lange afdronk is perfect in balans. Deze wijn is een uitstekende match met gegrilde vis, wit vlees, romige pasta's en risotto

Wijnhuis Domaine Brunely
Domaine Brunely is een familiebedrijf dat al drie generaties lang wijnen produceert in de Rhônevallei. Met 80 hectare aan wijngaarden verspreid over Vacqueyras, Gigondas en Châteauneuf-du-Pape, staat het bekend om zijn rijke traditie en ambachtelijke aanpak. Het wijnhuis is gevestigd in een historisch pand dat ooit bewoond werd door Napoleon III. De naam ‘Brunely’ verwijst naar een middeleeuwse ridder die het landgoed als beloning kreeg. Vandaag de dag combineert de familie Carichon traditionele methodes met moderne technieken om wijnen van topkwaliteit te maken.

Great upgrade from canned air for keyboard and desk cleaning
