Meer koeling en betrouwbaarheid voor de Renault Trafic, Opel Vivaro en Nissan Primastar 2.0 Diesel – deze Airtec front mount intercooler is ontwikkeld als directe upgrade voor de originele, restrictieve OEM-intercooler van de 2.0 diesel.  Dankzij het grotere en freer-flowing ontwerp verbetert de koelcapaciteit aanzienlijk, wat resulteert in stabielere prestaties en lagere inlaattemperaturen bij zowel dagelijks gebruik als zware belasting. De intercooler is voorzien van een 80 mm dikke core en gegoten end tanks voor optimale luchtverdeling en maximale sterkte. Dit zorgt voor een veel grotere oppervlakte, hogere efficiëntie en meer volume dan de standaard intercooler. Ondanks deze upgrade past de intercooler netjes achter de originele grille, is geen snijwerk of aanpassing nodig en kan hij worden gebruikt met de originele slangen. De complete montagekit wordt geleverd met alle benodigde bevestigingsmaterialen en een duidelijke stap-voor-stap montagehandleiding met afbeeldingen. De installatie is eenvoudig en neemt gemiddeld 1 tot 2 uur in beslag.
