Domaine de Brau ligt in het schitterende noordwesten van de Languedoc, dicht bij Carcasonne (een oude ommuurde stad, de enige nog in Frankrijk). Hier maken Wenny (Belgische) en Gabriel voortreffelijke frisse wijnen. Dit komt ook omdat de wijngaarden hoger liggen en zij ook invloed hebben van de Atlantische frisse winden. Kalksteen houdende mergelgrond met meer leem dan klei.
