Pet-Nat (Pétillant Naturel ook wel Méthode Ancestral) uit de Langhe in Piemonte in literfles.

De Grignolino druif geeft frisse zuren en een laag alcohol percentage. Toffe licht rode mousserende wijn met veel rood fruit als aardbei, rode kers, rijpe aalbes, witte peper, cassis, specerijen. Zachte lichtrode speelse natuurwijn, veel sap en een lichte mousse.

Fausto en Cinza Cellario zijn 3e generatie wijnboer en de 1e generatie binnen de familie die strikt natuurwijn maakt. Ze maken hippe biodynamische natuurwijnen van locale druivensoorten als Favorita, Nascetta, Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo en Grignolino. Fausto en Cinza sluiten de flessen af met een kroonkurk omdat het kan gebeuren dat een fles opnieuw gaat fermenteren in de fles.

Ruim 13 hectare aan wijngaarden (en wat hazelnoten bomen) die biodynamisch bewerkt worden op drie verschillende stukken binnen het westen van Langhe.
