Gebruik
- Voor jetlag: 1 capsule innemen kort voor het slapengaan op de eerste reisdag en enkele dagen na de aankomst op de plaats van bestemming.- Voor inslaaptijd te verkorten: 1 capsule innemen kort (1 á 2 uur) voor het slapen gaan.
