In de 1cijferige Ortofon OM-serie zijn de volgende elementen leverbaar:

  • De OM5S in Retma-uitvoering (montage met boutjes in een head-shell) met een standaard sferische diamantnaald onder nummer 409654 en in de geïntegreerde Concorde uitvoering onder nummer 478049.
  • De (voor het afspelen van stereo-platen) betere Retma OM5E met een elliptische diamantnaald onder nummer 409315 en in de geïntegreerde Concorde uitvoering onder nummer 478051.
  • De Retma "OM5E Super" met dezelfde elliptische naald, maar dan gecombineerd met de  weer betere "Super-body" van de 2cijferige OM-serie. (OMB10 t/m OMB40)
