Château Sainte Anne is al vijf generaties lang een familiebedrijf. Het domein en de gewelfde stenen kelders komen uit de 16de eeuw. In deze tijd werden hier al druiven en olijven verbouwd. Het totale oppervlak aan wijngaarden beslaat 14 ha.

Ze schreven ook geschiedenis als één van de oprichters van de Franse groep-AVN (Association des Vins Naturels) en medeoprichter van Millésime Bio, de grootste bio-wijnbeurs ter wereld.

De wijngaarden liggen op het noordoosten. Bodem van kalk en leisteen. Gemiddelde leeftijd van de wijnstokken is 47 jaar. Slechts 18 hl/ha! Handmatige oogst in 3 selecties.
