Record stores are popping up again everywhere. New vinyl pressing plants are opening in America, Europe and Asia. Young vinyl enthusiasts – both male and female! – are swarming to record fairs looking for old and new records to build their collection. When Passion for Vinyl Part 1 came out, there was still some doubt about the comeback of vinyl. Wasn’t it all just a hype? Now, five years later, even the biggest sceptic can’t deny it: vinyl is back and it’s here to stay!In light of all these new and exciting developments, a follow-up to the successful and well-received first volume of the Passion for Vinyl book (four stars in Record Collector magazine) is more than viable. DJs, musicians, engineers, designers, shop managers, record label CEOs and collectors like Dischord’s Ian MacKaye, Norton’s Miriam Linna, singer-songwriter Ryley Walker, musician and producer T Bone Burnett, Abbey Road’s half-speed maestro Miles Showell, DJs Sven Väth and Ellen Allien, designer John Kosh and many others tell about the records that changed their lives, their love for vinyl and the impact its resurgence has had on them. Passion for Vinyl Part 2 also shows how analogue recording techniques are making a comeback in the recording and mastering studios.
In the last few years, countless music lovers have (re)discovered that nothing beats listening to a vinyl record on a proper stereo set. It makes the listener connect with the music like nothing else.
This book is a tribute to that unique experience.
Passion for Vinyl Part. 2 is written by Dutch author, music journalist and vinyl fanatic Robert Haagsma. With an introduction by Michael Kurtz, co-founder of Record Store Day.

Have bought a few of these over the last handful of years
Color: Red
Best toy outside of Ghonuts for heavy chewers. Even outlasts the most durable Kongs. I'd say we get about four months before our dog starts really making a dent in it and the size of the pieces he pulls off start to become larger and I should probably replace it after about six months. It's cheap enough that replacing it that often is fine.
*Important note* using squishy toys for heavy chewers is really important. They can break their teeth on hard toys like Nyla bones and things like antlers can break and cut them and damage their digestive system if they swallow the shards. It sucks because my dog loved Nyla bones and would chew off an inch a day, but I couldn't risk his teeth like that.

Finally - a tug toy my dog hasn’t destroyed!
Color: Red
This completely exceeded my expectations! My dog is roughly a year old, about 110-115lbs and a TOUGH chewer. He loved tugs toys but none of them last more than 10 minutes with him. I decided to try this because of the other reviews and price but wasn’t expecting it to last long. He’s had it almost a week and it’s still completely intact. It’s definitely heavy so it might not be best for smaller dogs but if you have a big dog/heavy chewer definitely give this a shot!

Indestructible so far
Color: Red, Color: Red
My toy destroyer has had this for almost two months now and it hasn’t taken any damage. It is big and heavy and solid. It became one of his favorites immediately and goes in and out of the house and even to bed with him.
Now if only we could find a stuffy that he can’t destroy.

MY DOG'S AREN'T INTERESTED ...
Color: Red
This is a large, heavy, hard rubber toy, so is of high quality. However, it is SO heavy that neither my 60-lb. female Boxer nor my 80-lb. male Bully will 'play' with it at all. They don't even chew on it. So, although it would probably be pretty indestructible, I have no way to verify that, since neither of my dogs show any interest at all. I've tried encouraging them, by holding on one end of it and encouraging them to grab the other end, but even that didn't work. Perhaps a much larger 'giant' breed dog would enjoy it.
