You can use the Snuggle Me Organic without a cover, it is very convenient to have a cover on hand. Washing a cover is significantly easier than washing the entire lounger. Having a cover reduces the amount of wear and number of times the lounger will need to be washed.
Snuggle Me Covers are made with incredibly soft, cozy organic cotton. They are USA-made and GOTS certified.
Dyes:
All of our dyes are GOTS organic certified, water-based and no plant or animal bi-products are used.
Washing:
Wash the Snuggle Me Organic or Original loungers and covers in cold water on hand wash/gentle cycle with organic/dye free detergents. Because our covers contain water based dyes, it is best to wash covers alone to avoid bleeding to other fabrics. Top loaders with agitators should be disabled during wash and only used for hand wash cycles. Never pour detergent directly onto loungers or covers, but instead dilute with running water or use specialized compartments in modern machines. For best results, start by air drying your cover on a flat surface, then tumble dry on low heat in the dryer once cover is damp. Covers can also be dried in the dryer immediately on very low heat. Adding heat to any of our covers will shrink them.
