Product Information

Lamb Maker Protein Pressed Blocks deliver high quality, plant-based protein in addition to a high quality mineral and vitamin package designed to promote health and well-being for your sheep through proper nutrition. In addition to highly bioavailable organic minerals, this block  contains added BIO-MOS® 2 for improved gut health during stressful periods. This small block size is ideal for lactating ewes and growing lambs because lambs are unlikely to sleep or play on the blocks.

  • Designed especially for the nutritional needs of sheep to promote health and well-being through proper nutrition
  • Delivers high quality, plant-based protein during times of low forage quantity or quality
  • High quality nutritional package, including organic minerals from BIOPLEX Zinc for improved bioavailability
  • Added BIO-MOS 2 for improved gut health during stressful periods
  • Highly palatable formula designed to keep sheep coming back for more
  • Conveniently sized, 25-lb pressed block is easily transported
  • Small size means that lambs are less likely to soil the block due to lying on it

Feeding Instructions

CAUTION: USE AS DIRECTED. Consumption of selenium should not exceed 0.7 mg per head daily.

Introductory Period: Following a 7 to 10 day acclimation period, average consumption should be 2 to 4 ounces for sheep and goats with unrestricted forage supplies. Position the blocks 50 to 75 feet from loafing, feeding and watering areas. Some re-positioning of blocks may be necessary as animals become acclimated to the presence of the blocks. Move blocks closer to increase consumption; further away to decrease consumption. If over-consumption occurs for more than two weeks and re-positioning of blocks does not correct the situation, remove blocks and evaluate the overall feeding program. DO NOT ALLOW STARVED ANIMALS FREE ACCESS TO THIS BLOCK.

Feeding Recommendations:

  1. Feed at a rate of one block per 5 to 10 head. All animals should have equal access to blocks. Timid and smaller animals need their share.
  2. Place blocks where animals congregate. Locate blocks throughout the pasture at loafing, grazing and watering areas. Adequate distance must be maintained between blocks to prevent crowding - 10 feet minimum.
  3. Feed blocks continuously along with plentiful sources of forage and clean, fresh water. Animals should not run out of blocks. When a block is two-thirds consumed, provide a new block near it. Place very small pieces in a feed pan or trough to be cleaned up.
  4. Sheep and goats should consume an average of 2 to 4 ounces per head daily.
  5. Consumption of this block may vary depending upon animal body condition, quality and quantity of forages, seasonal weather conditions, and most importantly, feeding locations of blocks with respect to loafing, grazing, feeding and watering area
  6. Feed as the only SELF-FED source of salt or other minerals and vitamins.

Fit my 2014 Odyssey TE
Size: 8.8" x 9.3" x 1.1"
Comes with printed instructions for those who haven't changed it before. Here is the specific use case from my van. On my 2014 TE its easy to access behind the glove box, open to usual full open then just push the left and right sides in to allow the glove box to come fully out. It may pop off of the mounts, don't panic it snaps right back on. Then look for the little rectangular panel with two small levers on either side. on the black plastic under the dash that you can now see and access. Press the levers and pull towards you, doing a bit of a wiggle to get it out. Its tight, but it will come out with having to break it. Don't gorilla hands it, it will break. There is a directional arrow on the filter, which you have to remove from the wrapper before installing. Yes, someone *will* forget that. Reassembly the reverse of removal. Check that video sharing site online if you need visual instructions.

I have a 1999 Toyota Sienna LE
The starter was an almost an exact fit. The only difference was the rubber cover for the ground screw. The original started has a slight different design. Easy fix was the remove the old one and replaced it on the new starter. The fit was perfect. Used youtube video on starter replacement for my Sienna which was clear and east to follow. Took 2 hours to replace the starter. Waited a few weeks to see ensure the starter was working before I posted a review. The starter sound strong as the engine kicks over. Looks to be working fine. The dealers would have wanted $600 to replace the started. Some online poster says these Amazon knockoff are cheap and won't work. It started and time will tell how long it last. Its a 25 year old car. If I get another year or two use out of it, I'm good.
