How to use
Diffuse
Add 3–5 drops per 100 ml of water in an ultrasonic diffuser. Run 30–60 minutes, then stop — continuous diffusion isn’t more effective and can dull your sense of smell.
Try one at a time
Diffuse a single scent first to learn its character before blending. Single-oil exposure is also the safest approach around pets.
Dilute for skin
Adults: dilute to 1–3% in a carrier oil (jojoba, sweet almond, fractionated coconut) — 6–18 drops per 30 ml. Sensitive skin, children, elderly, pregnancy: 0.5–1%. Always patch test.
Store cool & dark
Keep sealed in a drawer or cabinet away from heat. Most steam-distilled oils keep 1–3 years unopened, about 2 years once opened.
