Di colore rosa tenue, al naso si esprime con note di piccoli frutti rossi, accanto ad intense note speziate e balsamiche di macchia mediterranea. In bocca è pieno, elegante, strutturato e con una buona acidità. Il retrogusto è persistente ed aromatico.

L’Acquagiusta Rosato di Tenuta La Badiola è un vino che potremmo definire “selvatico”. Prodotto dalla varietà a bacca rossa alicante, questo rosato è alquanto originale, perché reinterpreta la tradizione dandogli un tocco di originalità. Qui nella Maremma toscana, l’alicante non è solo un vitigno, ma anche uno degli storici protagonisti della viticoltura di questa terra. Questo vino è una sfida riuscita, perché Tenuta La Badiola è riuscita ad ammorbidire la struttura di un vitigno a bacca rossa rendendola elegante e con un’ottima bevibilità, valorizzandone in tutto e per tutto le sue caratteristiche uniche.
