Black tea from the Kapchorua farm infused with the aroma of apple and spice, creating a sweet, fragrant, warming cup built for the depths of winter. The caddy design features holly, ivy, and a baby elephant with mistletoe in her trunk - the most festive of all the Williamson elephant tins.

How to brew the perfect cup
  1. Use freshly boiled water, not left to cool.
  2. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Try it black first - the apple and spice character comes through cleanest without milk.
  4. A small splash of milk softens the spice if you prefer a rounder cup.

For a picnic or a walking-around party they would be the best for preventing spills. But what I enjoy is their versatility. You can even rinse them off and use them again if they've had light use.
