Fairtrade certified since 1998. A good all-day tea that works particularly well in the afternoon when you want something lighter than a full breakfast blend. Holds up well with milk but is approachable enough to drink without.

How to brew the perfect cup
  1. Use freshly boiled water, not left to cool.
  2. Steep for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Works well with or without milk.
  4. A shorter steep keeps the Ceylon character light and bright.
