Carli's 4.5" Coilover Suspension System will be the last system you will buy for your Ford 6.0L Powerstroke truck. This is not a "lift kit." It is a true suspension system. Carli's Ford Suspension system brings dramatic improvements to the everyday street ride and plenty of dampening for the off-road enthusiast.

At the heart of this Super Duty Coil Over Suspension System lies a KING shock package which delivers impeccable performance and reliability. This system gives 4.5" of lift with 10 inches of wheel travel in the front and 12 inches of wheel travel in the rear. As with all Carli systems, this kit has a vehicle specific valving profile for this suspension system to ensure superior ride quality, handling, and performance. There is a full spring pack option as well as provisions on the included front coilover mounts to add a bypass shock.

CARLI CUSTOM TUNED KING 2.5" SHOCKS

The Coilover system boasts Carli-specific, blueprinted, King 2.5" Coilovers front and piggyback reservoir shocks rear. To provide you with the best product, Carli designed a custom piston to determine proper base flow rates to ensure the shock works well in the heavy-duty truck platform; the shocks were then tuned around the custom pistons based on the only thing that matters, seat-of-the-pants feel. Carli rounds off ALL King shocks with shafts machined and polished from a solid piece of 17-4 Stainless. Unlike King's standard shafts, there is no coating to wear off, weather can't hurt them and if there is a small chip, you can round the edges with emery cloth to ensure the seal housing isn't damaged as they're not brittle like the stock, hardened shafts. The shocks are finished with King oil good to -55° F. Note that all King shocks are built with a plated steel body. If subjected to inclement weather for extended periods, we recommend wrapping your shocks in 3M to provide a replaceable moisture barrier.

The Coilover is a Jack-of-all-trades system from which every Super Duty owner would benefit. Raising the Super Duty Platform then adding Carli Tuned, 2.5" diameter shocks (55% more piston surface area than a 2.0" shock) will support the argument that these trucks should come equipped with 2.5" shocks from the factory.

REAR LEAF SPRING OPTIONS:

The rear can be outfitted with a replacement Full Progressive Spring Pack (reduces capacity to a "light" three-quarter ton) or factory leaf-pack modifying Progressive Add-a-Pack (maintains factory payload capacity and pairs with the factory 3-5/8" block). If capacity is a concern, the Full Progressive Leaf Springs can be supplemented back to the factory capacity of a SRW F350 with the addition of Carli's Long-Travel Airbags. The Full Progressive Leaf Spring Pack will shift the axle slightly forward in the wheel well to ensure maximum tire clearance for a 37" M/T at full compression.

ADD-A-PACK:

  • Built in the U.S.A. By Deaver Leaf Spring
  • Smooth progressive design
  • Supplied with U-bolts and hardware
  • Provides 2.0" of lift
  • The O.E.M. load capacity is still maintained while improved ride is achieved
  • Trucks with a 2" block will require new blocks to achieve level stance, see notes below
  • Super-Duties equipped with a factory 2" Block will require the 3-5/8" Factory F350 Block [7C3Z-5598-HB, 7C3Z-5598-JB] to achieve a level stance.
FULL PROGRESSIVE SPRING PACK:
  • Block-eliminating, Full Progressive Spring Pack
  • Includes new U-Bolts and Rear Bump Stop Drops
  • Provides a 1/2", rear high stance on Matching 4.5" Suspension Systems
  • 37" Tire Fitment
  • Full Replacement Leaf Spring Option Requires NO BLOCKS to achieve level Stance

SWAY BAR END LINK OPTION:

The truck will sit 4.5" higher in the front and have more wheel travel thanks to the coilover that mounts in the Carli Coilover Conversion Bracket. Radius Arm Drop Brackets reset the pivot point and keep the travel linear for the best ride while Extended Sway Bar End Links reset the sway bar engagement point. Bump Stop Drops protect the shocks from over-compressing, the Adjustable Track Bar centers the front axle and Stainless Brake Lines firm up braking and ensure there is enough line for the newfound travel. To round off the front end, you'll receive Caster Shims to tighten the steering.

SWAY BAR END LINK SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Corrects Sway Bar Geometry on 4.5" Lift
  • Direct Bolt-On
  • Unhindered Articulation, 100% Rebuildable
  • 17-4 Stainless Steel Construction

OPTIONAL UPGRADES:

LEAF SPRING SHACKLE

Factory rear shackles are strong but can make the ride stiff and bouncy. Carli’s shackles are made from thick steel and have serviceable bushings that let the rear suspension move smoothly, reduce axle wrap and wheel hop. Made from strong 1/4" steel, greasable and rebuildable for long life, provides a far better ride than the factory shackle, and fits both factory and Carli springs

LONG TRAVEL AIRBAGS

Long Travel Airbags let you carry heavy loads or tow without losing the smooth ride. They support the rear suspension, reduce sag under weight, and keep the ride comfortable while maintaining proper suspension travel for off-road or daily driving.

CARRIER BEARING DROP

The Carrier Bearing Drop lowers the driveshaft carrier to prevent vibration and keep your rear suspension running smoothly on lifted trucks. Carrier Bearing Drop lowers the carrier on 2-piece driveshafts to prevent take-off shudder and driveline vibration, and includes stackable 3/8" shims to accommodate 1"-4" of rear lift.

LOW MOUNT STEERING STABILIZER

  • Minimize steering wheel feedback and maximize control
  • Adjustable nitrogen pressure and custom tuned valves for larger tires
  • Includes differential guard and clamp
  • Optimized for Carli 2.5″ systems

OUTSTANDING
Format: Kindle
This was very, very good. The world is vast and characters are complex. There is a good plot with a whole lot going on. This is well written. Good twists and turns and some heart breaking moments. You will love these characters, they have heart and loyalty. I am hoping that there will be several more books. We've yet to see anything from the Sea Court but only a mention of them here and there. The Wood Court was given a quick couple of scenes, and only as far as some warriors, we've yet to enter their court and the Shadow Court, I'm not sure if they will be a force for good or bad, but they definitely will play a much bigger role moving forward. This is primarily the Ice and Air Courts. Told in multiple views, which I loved, it gives you a chance to see things from different eyes. There's alot of political maneuvering and deception. I loved it and will pick up the next book as it becomes available. If you like The Fae and the courts, you should love this. I think the author has mucn in store for us.

Definitely worth the read!
Format: Kindle
After taking a deep breath and taking in that wicked twist of an ending, I have finally composed myself. My first thought when I started this book was that I love Reyna's character. I was intrigued by her connection with her familiar and the Ruin that is plaguing her land. It came as no surprise that she took her sister's place in an attempt to protect her. When they reach the Air Court everything slows down. This is where it was iffy for me. First of all, I like multiple POV's in books however 7 is a bit much. It starts to interrupt the story line. I felt like I was finally making progress connecting with one character, then it was switched to another person. I felt they all had necessary or pertinent information but not necessarily were they all POV worthy. The only other thing that annoyed me was that Reyna constantly was " trapped." She would rush off without thinking, only to need rescuing. She is brilliant in a fight, but she really doesn't think through anything. Lorcan is amazing. I know he might be on the "bad" list, but his background is so interesting. Eislyn(Reyna's sister) is really so sweet, but calculating. I enjoyed her and Thane's dialogue. The author did an amazing job with the imagery in this book. Everything was so detailed it was easy to fall into the scene. I love unexpected twists and while part of the ending I expected, I wasn't expecting how it took place. All in all, I found it very entertaining and I am very invested in continuing this series. Favorite quotes: "The truth may be twisted but never false." "Who was she if she was not the enemy of the Air Court? What was her purpose of she no longer has that?" "In a war-torn land, love was always a lie."

Great Read!!! Great story!!!
Format: Kindle
The series is long, but Ms. Wolfhart does a fantastic job of weaving this tale while bringing so much to the characters. Surprises and plot twists along the way to keep you intrigued. There is some graphic sex, but is no way the focal point. Grammar was excellent (a rare find with a lot of self publishers) with only a few noted errors. I rarely give 4 stars, let alone 5.

Sadly, DNF
Format: Kindle
I read this thru KU. I LOVED the synopsis. And then I began reading... and it was a DNF at 68% after picking it up and putting it down several times because I really loved the main female character. *****SPOILERS***** Pros: The world is unique, intriguing and fun. The primary female character is bad-a** but not a b*tech or a mary sue. The primary female has depth. I really want to know what happens to her even tho it's been weeks and I don't remember her name. The villains to the point I read are pretty good -- an ever present threat of mysterious and possibly many culprits. Cons: Way, way too many points of view. I stopped counting at 7. It's the prime reason why I don't care about most of the characters or remember their names even when I like them. There's just too many points of view so almost none of the characters have enough book space for the author to properly develop them. This literally killed the book for me. Actually it killed my desire to read. For weeks. The main male is more villain than hero. He agreed to marry the main female then locks her up & eschews her for her sister, all while bad mouthing her as unfit to rule when he never spent any time with her getting to know her. He is actually unfit to rule as he is blind to the woes of his own kingdom and starts off a peace mission to secure a ceasefire through marriage by murdering an inn full of people in her country for no real reason. Plus, he constantly makes promises he does not keep. And it's gross of him to pine for the sister behind the main female's back. ***** As much as I really wanted to see what happened to the main female character, it wasn't enough for me to keep trying to slog thru this book. There was a lot of potential here that just fell short. Hence, 3 stars.

Fae Courts with High Intrigue
Format: Kindle
This book is one that just builds and builds and then surprises you to no end. You may think you know the villains and then you are jolted in another direction. Princess Reyna is a real gem, strong of character, a fierce fighter, and loyal to her family and kingdom. Just when you think she and Lorcan, well you know, the plot is flipped. Can't wait to see where this goes in book two.
