A page torn from an artist’s handbook, stilled under glass. This antique 1890’s color chart—cream to viridis, ceruleus to violaceus—records the language of paint from another century. You can almost hear the bristle of a sable brush and smell the mineral bite of pigment as each swatch whispers its Latin name.

Handcrafted in our New York studio in the French tradition of decoupage, the artwork is reverse-applied to bent glass, then carefully layered and burnished so the colors glow with depth while the surface remains silk-smooth. Every tray is individually signed by Ben.

Charming and practical: food-safe, wipe-clean, and felted on the reverse to protect your furniture. Beautiful on a bar with amaro and citrus, on a desk corralling pens, or displayed on a gallery easel (it may also be hung with a plate hanger).

A folded card detailing the time-honored decoupage process accompanies each piece. For painters, collectors, and lovers of color lore—this is a 19th-century studio, preserved and ready to live on your table.

All grandkids enjoyed these
Format: Board book
The grandkids always enjoy Eric Carle sound books. The older one reads the stories and the younger one likes to just push the buttons and listen and then say what the animal is. The sound is always nice and clear and the photos on the buttons are easily recognizable. As an added bonus these were offered at a great holiday price.

Initially Scary, Now Beloved Animal Sounds Book
Format: Board book
Got this for my 1.5 y.o. for the holidays. She was initially scared of the sounds (which are pretty loud and not volume adjustable). We read it several times without hitting the buttons. Then I would occasionally push some of the buttons for her. Later she got bolder and started playing with it by herself, pushing them at random and perusing the book. Now she has the positions of every button memorized and loves this book. We call it the Big Book and it was in the daily rotation for weeks. We still pull it out from time to time, and she is able to play with it independently as well as have us read the stories to her. Totally worth the money and shelf space. 10/10 would buy again.

Grandkids love the book and especially the flashlight.
Format: Board book
All of Eric Carle's books are great. My 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter is especially interested in flashlights these days, but household flashlights are too bright for kids who tend to flash them in people's faces. This is a low-beam flashlight that compliments a fun book and she loves them both.
