This particular pair of 6" ovals is made with 304 stainless steel, meaning they are high in nickel content to be truly resistant to rust and corrosion. For a lasting shine and a bright accent on your vehicle, they are given a highly polished, mirror-like finish. They are also available in semi-gloss black powder-coated aluminum. To protect the interior of the tubes, all 6" oval sides are equipped with hard ABS plastic end caps. The end caps come pre-attached to the tubes and feature a tapered design, lending to the overall OE look of the side bars and providing a professional finishing touch on your truck or SUV. For a sure step every time you climb into your vehicle, ARIES 6" ovals are equipped with extra-wide step pads. The step pads are made from tough polypropylene and provide a generous 5" width. The large, flat surface offers comfortable footing and has a textured surface to prevent slipping, even when wet. The polypropylene construction makes the step pads durable and crack-resistant for long-lasting use. ARIES 6" oval side bars are also made for easy, no-drill installation. The boards themselves feature a track system for versatile application, and they mount using vehicle-specific brackets for a custom fit on certain years of the Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 (see application info to verify fitment). The mounting brackets are made from high-strength carbon steel and use pre-existing holes to eliminate drilling during the installation process.

KEEPS MY ENERGETIC 1 YR OLD LAB BUSY

Anyone that has a field Lab knows you have to keep them busy which is difficult with the snow that won’t melt and the unusual -15 degree windchills we are having in NYC. Like others I’ve wasted so much money on various toys and puzzles trying to keep her busy and mentally stimulated. She either destroys them in minutes or won’t touch them. However, these with treats inside are fantastic. She loves the chicken flavor treats that go inside the ball. The treats for the holder are pricey but worth it so it keeps her busy for a while and she doesn’t get super hyper with cabin fever. Once I can get her back outside for longer periods to play and run off her excess energy I probably won’t be buying them on a regular basis given the price and that they only last a couple of hours given her strong jaws….Probably only for a special treat. However, for now they are worth every penny. The only con is they are difficult to get into the holder which is good so she can’t remove it.

We love em!

My dog loves these! I get a size smaller so it’s harder for him to eat. He’s 70lbs I get him the medium and it will last him 4 ish days. I also fuill the back with dog safe peanut butter, broken treats, and his food. This keeps him happy while I’m at work :) for reference he’s a gsd, and Australian shepherd mix.
He never lets it get too far away, and proudly carries it along even when empty. He had one for over a year that just now started to break. They are very strong, great for chewers, and worth their weight in gold!
When empty they also make them have the funniest faces🤣 again my dog had the first one for over a year before it started to rip. They are hardy.

Wrong item sent

The bento ball itself is great but the extra 16 treats that were sent as part of the purchase were the wrong kind.
The picture used in the Amazon ad is the one shown in the left part of the picture I posted (dome shaped treats with a dog named Lacey in the picture), and what I received is shown in the right part of the picture (ridged treats with a dog named Bella in the picture).
The problem with the Bella treats is that they are a bit smaller than the Lacey treats which means that they dont fit sugly into the bento ball. This in turn means that my little maltipoo gets them out of the bento ball in a few minutes. This defeats the whol purpose of the treat, and even worse this is a choking hazard for small dogs which makes the product unusable for me. FYI - I have never had this problem with the Lacey treats - they work great which is why I bought this product since this is what was shown in the picture.
I sent a message to the vendor about this but have not heard anything back. Amazon offered to refund me half of the total purchase price if I sent back both the ball and the 7 of the 8 treat packages (I opened one only to discover this problem), which is also not great.

Fun, but short lived. Not tough enough for hard chewers

Cute birthday bone

Cute as can be and I’m glad ordered for my doodles 1st birthday. Unfortunately my doodle is an aggressive chewer and it didn’t last but a day or two after giving it to him. This is normal for our pup with every stuffy we give him.
