5g Vegan Fermented Glutamine. Full Transparency. Zero Filler.

Unmatched | Glutamine keeps it simple with one choice: a clear 5,000mg dose of L-glutamine, no tricks or extras. Glutamine gets misunderstood a lot in sports supps. It's not a quick way to pack on muscle if you're eating enough protein. But it shines in recovery during tough times, gut protection, moving nitrogen around, and keeping your immune and gut going strong when training, dieting, travel, or long workouts push you hard.

The only ingredient is L-Glutamine (Vegan Fermented) at 5,000mg per scoop. Glutamine is the most common conditionally essential amino acid in your body—meaning your body makes it, but needs more under stress. It's fuel for fast-growing cells like those in your gut lining (enterocytes) and immune cells (lymphocytes). Normally, your body handles it, but big stress from exercise, illness, injury, or dieting can drop your levels. Extra glutamine mostly goes to your gut area, not straight to muscles. That's why it helps more with digestion and immune stuff than building muscle directly.

The 5g dose is key. Studies often use 5-15g a day, and 5g is a solid starting point that makes sense for everyday use. It's not overhyped or too small. For gut help and recovery, 5g is real. If you're under more stress, some folks take multiple scoops, but one gives you a good, research-backed base.

Unmatched Glutamine by Unmatched contains 5000mg L-Glutamine (Vegan Fermented), a clinical dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 5,000mg L-Glutamine per scoop — that's the basic dose from studies, a real daily amount, not just a little bit. It gives you solid support for gut, immune, and recovery without needing extra scoops to matter.
  • Vegan fermented glutamine — a clean pick for plant-based folks or anyone avoiding old-school sourcing. Fermented aminos show quality in a world where ingredient sources count.
  • Single-ingredient setup — no secret blends, no hidden recovery mixes, no weak extras using glutamine's name. You see exactly what it is and how it fits your stack.
  • Dosing that matches research — studies look at 5g to 15g daily, and this starts at 5g. One scoop is a smart baseline for guys using evidence-based supps.
  • Helps your gut lining, where glutamine does great work — gut cells burn glutamine for fuel. That's why it's useful for high-stress training, volume, travel, dieting, or stomach issues.
  • Handy in tough training or low-calorie phases — when stress is up, glutamine matters more. This clean 5g beats the wild muscle claims you see elsewhere.
  • Supports immune under stress — immune cells use glutamine for energy. For athletes with heavy training, bad sleep, travel, or hard cuts, that's a real plus over hype.
  • Easy to mix with protein, EAAs, BCAAs, or electrolytes — glutamine fits into recovery and hydration plans. Its simple design means no clashes with your other stuff.

Unmatched Glutamine by Unmatched contains 5000mg L-Glutamine (Vegan Fermented), a clinical dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Who Is This For?

  • Physique folks cutting calories who want a clean recovery add without stims or junk. The 5g glutamine fits cuts where training's intense but food's low, making gut and recovery big deals.
  • High-frequency trainers doing 5-6 sessions a week who use creatine and protein but want a pure amino for recovery. This gives a clear 5,000mg glutamine you can drop post-workout or between meals without stack issues.
  • Endurance athletes with long runs, doubles, or tough conditioning that builds stress. Glutamine isn't magic for stamina, but it helps gut strength and immune when training piles up.
  • Fighters managing weight who need simple, reliable supps easy on the stomach. Vegan fermented glutamine powder is easy to dose around practices, trips, and food cuts.
  • Athletes traveling a lot who feel training, sleep issues, and food changes hit digestion and recovery. Glutamine's used in these stress spots because gut cells need it for fuel.
  • Stack fans who like building their own over all-in-ones. If you want glutamine alone, without extra aminos, flavors, stims, or weak blends, this is your tool.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop with 8-16 oz water, or toss it in your post-workout shake, hydration mix, or amino drink. It's just 5g glutamine, so timing's flexible—post-workout is popular, but between meals or bed works if it helps you stay consistent. If you're new to amino powders or have a touchy gut, try half a scoop first for a couple days, then go full. You can take it with or without food—many add it to a shake habit. Stacks easy with protein, creatine monohydrate, EAAs, BCAAs, and electrolytes—no stims or big overlaps to worry about. No cycling needed; it's a daily amino, not something that builds tolerance. Keep it sealed in a cool, dry spot for good powder flow. Key is daily use in high-stress phases, not random doses for a quick effect.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: mix, drink, and probably feel nothing right away—that's how pure glutamine rolls. Minutes 10-40: no stim hit, pump, or brain buzz, since it's not made for that. Hours and through the day, it's about easy tolerance and fitting in, not a big feel. Days 1-7: most won't notice much drama, but sticking with it counts, especially in heavy training or diets. Weeks 2-4: if you're under real stress, you'll like the gut comfort, steady recovery, and toughness. Subtle if you want pre-workout vibes, but that's the point for daily support.

Key Ingredients

  • L-Glutamine — 5000mg — Clinically dosed glutamine for gut and recovery support

Frequently Asked Questions

How much glutamine is in each serving of Unmatched | Glutamine?

Each scoop provides 5,000mg of L-glutamine from a vegan fermented source. That is the low end of the clinically relevant range commonly used in research and a legitimate daily serving for a standalone glutamine product.

Is 5g of glutamine enough to matter?

Yes, 5g is a meaningful dose. Clinical use commonly falls in the 5g-15g daily range, so one scoop gives you a solid evidence-aligned starting point rather than an underdosed label claim.

What is this product actually best for?

Its strongest use cases are recovery support during high physical stress, support for intestinal barrier function, and helping maintain immune resilience when training, dieting, travel, or exhaustion are piling up. It is not best viewed as a direct muscle-building supplement.

Will glutamine help me build more muscle?

Not directly in the way creatine or adequate protein intake will. The evidence is fairly clear that glutamine is not a high-impact hypertrophy supplement for healthy athletes who already eat enough protein, so it should be viewed as a support tool rather than a muscle-gain cornerstone.

Why does the label say vegan fermented glutamine?

That refers to the sourcing method of the amino acid. Fermentation-derived glutamine is a quality-positive for plant-based users and for anyone who wants to avoid older animal-associated amino sourcing routes.

When should I take Unmatched | Glutamine?

Post-workout is the most common use, but timing is flexible because this is not a stimulant or pump ingredient. Between meals, before bed, or added to a hydration formula are all reasonable options if they improve consistency.

Can I stack this with creatine, protein, or EAAs?

Yes. In fact, that is one of the better ways to use it. Glutamine covers a different lane than creatine and complete protein, so it fits well into a broader recovery stack without ingredient redundancy.

Do I need to cycle glutamine?

No cycling is required. Glutamine does not create stimulant tolerance issues, and its value comes from steady use during periods of higher stress rather than from short aggressive cycles.

Will I feel this working right away?

Probably not in an obvious way. This is not a pre-workout and not a stim product, so the benefit is more about maintaining recovery, gut support, and routine resilience than creating an acute noticeable sensation.

Is this a fully transparent formula?

Yes. There are no proprietary blends in the active formula. You get one active ingredient clearly listed at 5,000mg per serving.

Sturdy solution
Size: Standard--black
I needed a way to mount rear speakers and this was the solution. They're sturdy and adjustable to fit reasonably sized speakers. They also pivot up and down and swivel so really perfect.

Nice unit
Set name: 5.1 Receiver
I'm really happy with this receiver even though I don't have any speakers hooked up to it. Not using it for a speaker setup might sound like a waste of a product to some people but honestly I'm finding plenty of value in it with it's other features. The main reason I looked into getting a receiver was so I could have multiple hdmi devices hooked up to my monitor. I looked into hdmi hubs but there are a couple reasons why I've chosen a receiver instead. 1. Reliability and ease of use. Ok, so like I said I use a monitor in my room, not a tv. Monitors don't have remotes so anytime I want to change the volume or hdmi input I have to do it manually. It's a 32 inch monitor about 3 feet to the side of my bed and it's a nice arms stretch to do so. Not a big deal and while there are plenty of hdmi hubs that offer remote changing or automatic changing I worry about the reliability of those devices. There are plenty of reviews that state their hubs stop working after some months or the automatic hdmi switching starts changing inputs randomly or getting black screens and such. I just didn't want to hassle with things like that. 2. Bluetooth connectivity. This was another feature that I was looking into. Again, there are separate devices that offer this but just like hdmi hubs you will find plenty of reliability concerns. On top of that there's audio lag and previously when I bought a bluetooth transmitter I had to return it for that reason. Nice thing about this receiver is there is an adjustment for the audio to increase or decrease the audio timing but luckily it isn't an issue and the audio seems to be timed perfectly with my bluetooth headphones. It pairs up quickly too. I haven't tried the 4k upscaling with this receiver because I use a 1440p monitor but it's nice to know that it's there. Maybe in the future I will find a use for it. There's also some neat audio presets for things like movies, music and gaming. It's actually a pretty extensive list. I suppose I should also mention that each hdmi input can be named to your liking for a nice customization feel so when you flip through them you know exactly what's connected to that input. You can even use the hdmi ports when the unit is in standby mode but you won't be able to use the bluetooth connectivity. In the end I think this was a good purchase. It's priced reasonably and I'm getting good use out of it. Sound quality is great and the customizable features are a definite plus. More expensive than getting an hdmi hub and bluetooth transmitter but I think the reliability and extra features make up for this.

Yamaha quality!
Set name: 5.1 Receiver
Excellent sound quality. Easy setup. Complicated audio menus take awhile to master, but once you do you'll be rewarded with amazing sound. Works flawless with my 4k projector and computer. 4 hdmi inputs handles all your audio and video. The auto labeling feature is amazing. I've been using it daily for two years and it performs perfectly. You'll need an external subwoofer amp which is a bit of a let down. I bought one of the small Fosi amps from Amazon that handles the bass flawlessly. Overall, an excellent receiver that will be the centerpiece of your audio and video system. Couldn't be happier. Buy it if you're on the edge of purchasing a new receiver!

It's entry level but it does it great.
Set name: 5.1 Receiver
For what it is, an entry level reciver it is great. Haven't had it long now, about a month but it has been great. Used to own onkyo, pioneer and Harmon Kardon recivers back before HDMI and blu ray. Have used a soundbar for the past few years but finally decided to jump back on a detecated surround system. For my apartment this sounds phenomenal. I don't normally mess with the DSPs so I can't comment on those, I prefer direct sound. Could it use more power? Probably but again this is entry level stuff. I use 12 gauge speaker wire on the front 3 speakers and 14 to the surrounds and it sounds great. Front speakers are 6 ohms and rears are 8 but no trouble driving them. Dialog is crystal clear and the overall sound is warm and pleasant. Playback of Blu ray and Ultra blu ray in both DTS HD and Dolby TrueHD is such a treat, absolutely made me realize how limited a soundbar was. Music playback is fantastic, have my laptop with Jriver hooked up through HDMI for playback of FLAC and WAV audio files from 44khz/16bit all the way up to 192khz/24bit with every genre of music. Put it in direct stereo mode and it sounds blissful. DSD playback does work but only at 2.8mhz DSD64 which is still great considering the price. 4K pass through works as it should, no troubles with HDR or Dolby Vision content. Can't comment on FM or am radio playback. Bluetooth playback is alright, music enhancer does a noticible job of cleaning the music a bit, nothing extreme but does add a cetain clarity. The Bluetooth could have been a more recent standard especially since this reciver came out in 2018 but again entry level. For my Echo it is fine for the rare occasion I send audio to it. Playback of music from LG V60 over Bluetooth sounds okay but wired connection still beats wireless as far as audio is concerned and if you just playing back mp3s AAC, it won't matter, it works. 4K upscale works fine, really didn't mess with it too much because TV is normally going to do a better job of upscalling anyway. Has auto HDCP detection which is nice, allows all HDMI connections to play nice. Binding posts with Banna plug compatibility is nice to see at this price. User interface is nice and simple. One area I can see trouble with is the fact you have to go online for the manual. Again, as a entry level reciver there isn't really much to complain about.

Nice for the price
Set name: 5.1 Receiver, Set name: 5.1 Receiver
Was extremely easy to set up. The automatic sound balancing works good. Sound quality is good as is the surround sound feature. I personally feels it loses a bit of sound quality when connecting a Bluetooth item like my phone. Otherwise, I am satisfied.
