Bucked Up Colostrum is a straightforward powder with one main ingredient: 2,000mg of bovine colostrum per scoop. That's key because colostrum isn't just regular milk protein—it's the nutrient-packed first milk from cows, loaded with immunoglobulins (those are antibodies), growth factors, peptides, and bioactive proteins that help your gut and immune system work together. Basically, it's a base-layer supplement for folks wanting better gut health, stronger defenses, and easier recovery without any stimulant kick.

The whole thing is built on that 2g of bovine colostrum per serving. Here's how it helps: the immunoglobulins support the immune defenses in your gut lining. Peptides and proteins like lactoferrin, which are naturally in colostrum, help with immune balance and keeping gut bugs in check. Growth factors, including stuff like IGF-1 and transforming growth factors, are why colostrum's been popular in sports and gut health for years—they aid in repairing and maintaining your intestinal barrier. For gym-goers, that's huge since intense workouts, heat, long sessions, travel, and skimping on recovery can make your gut leaky and stress your immune system.

Being real about the dose: 2,000mg is a solid starting point, but it's on the lower end compared to studies using 10g to 20g daily for big performance or gut fixes. So this isn't for heavy-duty gut rebuilds—think of it as everyday support for keeping things steady, especially if you're

Key Highlights

  • 2,000mg Bovine Colostrum Per Serving — everything's about this one clear ingredient, no hidden blends. You get a straight dose to help with gut health, immune strength, and recovery without a bunch of extras cluttering the label.
  • Single-Ingredient Active Formula — Bucked Up keeps it simple, putting bovine colostrum front and center instead of mixing it with probiotics, fibers, or fancy immune blends. That makes it easy to check out and add to your current stack.
  • Targets the Gut-Immune Axis — colostrum's packed with natural immunoglobulins, peptides, and growth factors that work on your gut barrier and immune defenses. For folks training hard or under stress, that's smart because a strong gut and immune system go hand in hand.
  • Recovery Support Beyond Muscle Protein — most recovery supps hit protein, carbs, or creatine. Colostrum adds something different by backing up your gut and immune system, which often decide how well you handle back-to-back tough workouts.
  • Useful During Stressful Training Blocks — when you're pushing intense sessions, dealing with heat, endurance work, dieting, travel, or crappy sleep, colostrum fits right in. It's been looked at for supporting your gut barrier and immune function when things get rough.
  • Fully Transparent Active Dose — no prop blends here. You know exactly what you're getting: 2g of bovine colostrum per scoop. That's way better than vague labels that leave you guessing.
  • Stim-Free by Design — no caffeine or brain boosters to make you feel something right away. It's made for everyday use, so it works for mornings, evenings, gym days, or rest days without messing with your sleep or building tolerance.
  • Easy to Stack — with its focused, non-stim formula, it mixes great with protein, creatine, electrolytes, greens, or your pre-workout. Perfect if you've got your performance stuff locked in and want to build a stronger base.

Who Is This For?

  • Lifters in big volume phases who feel held back by gut issues, wonky appetite, or constant fatigue. The 2,000mg bovine colostrum helps the gut-immune side so you keep training steady through tough stretches.
  • Endurance folks hitting GI rough patches from long runs, rides, heat, or back-to-back efforts. Colostrum's one of the go-to ingredients for gut barrier support, which is why it pops up in endurance recovery chats.
  • People jumping back into training after sickness, trips, bad sleep, or work stress that left them drained. This isn't for energy—it's for rebuilding a solid base with daily immune and gut help.
  • Athletes cutting calories who want recovery without extra food bulk. A quick 2g colostrum dose supports recovery and gut strength during diet stress without the calories.
  • Folks with a solid stack—protein, creatine, hydration, pre-workout—but recovery still feels off. Bucked Up Colostrum steps in by boosting gut and immune health.
  • Everyday wellness types who skip the overloaded formulas and like something simple they get. With one clear ingredient, it's for targeted use without the extras.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop in water, a shaker, or toss it in a smoothie or protein shake once a day. Pick a time you'll stick to, like mornings or after breakfast, since consistency is key over exact timing with colostrum. It's not a stim or pump thing, so no need to time it before workouts. If your stomach's touchy or you've had dairy issues, try half a scoop first to check it out. Take it with or without food—shakes are often easiest for digestion and routine. It stacks smooth with creatine, protein, greens, hydration, and recovery stuff since it covers a different angle. No tolerance buildup, so no cycling needed. Keep it cool and dry, and use it every day to get the full benefit.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: you mix and down it, and not much happens—which is spot on for colostrum. Next 10-60 minutes: no energy spike, no drop, no buzz; it's not for quick gains. Days 1-7: effects are low-key, maybe your gut feels more settled or you handle stress better. Weeks 2-4: this is when it clicks, as gut strength and immune support build up with steady use. In rough training, travel, or cutting phases, that reliable base shows up. If you're after a rush, you'll be disappointed; if you want fewer recovery hiccups, this timeline fits.

Key Ingredients

  • Bovine Colostrum — 2,000mg — Supports gut integrity, immune resilience, and everyday recovery

Frequently Asked Questions

How much bovine colostrum is in each serving of Bucked Up Colostrum?

Each serving provides 2,000mg, or 2g, of bovine colostrum. That is the primary active in the formula and the central reason to use this product.

Is 2g of colostrum a clinical dose?

It is a meaningful support dose, but it is below the higher intake levels used in many colostrum studies, where 10g to 20g per day is common for more aggressive gut or performance protocols. Think of this formula as a practical daily baseline rather than a maximal-dose intervention.

What is Bucked Up Colostrum best used for?

Its strongest use cases are daily support for gut integrity, mucosal immune function, and overall recovery resilience. It makes the most sense for athletes or active adults under high stress, heavy training, travel, or dieting conditions.

Will I feel Bucked Up Colostrum right away?

Probably not in the way you would feel caffeine or a pre-workout. Colostrum is a consistency ingredient, so the value tends to show up over days and weeks as digestive steadiness, better resilience, and fewer disruptions to training.

Can I take Bucked Up Colostrum with a protein shake?

Yes. This product works well mixed into a protein shake or smoothie, and that is one of the easiest ways to make sure you take it consistently.

Does Bucked Up Colostrum contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. Despite a metadata mismatch in the source feed, the verified formula is simply bovine colostrum at 2,000mg per serving, and this product should be treated as stim-free.

Can I stack Bucked Up Colostrum with creatine and pre-workout?

Yes. Colostrum targets digestive and immune support, so it complements creatine, pre-workout, protein, electrolytes, and other performance products without overlapping their primary mechanisms.

Is Bucked Up Colostrum safe for people with dairy sensitivity?

Use caution. Bovine colostrum is dairy-derived, so anyone with a milk allergy should avoid it, and those with dairy sensitivity should assess tolerance carefully or ask a healthcare professional first.

Do I need to cycle Bucked Up Colostrum?

No stimulant cycling is needed because this is not a caffeine-based product. In fact, consistency is the point, since colostrum is most useful when taken daily over time.

Is Bucked Up Colostrum fully transparent?

Yes on the active formula: the key disclosed active is 2,000mg bovine colostrum per serving with no proprietary blend. That level of clarity is a positive in a category where many wellness products hide low doses behind blends.

Excellent sunscreen for fair skinned faces, but not a matte finish as claimed
Size: 1.7 Fl Oz (Pack of 1), Style: SPF 50 Liquid Drops
✅ PROS: lightweight, skincare ingredients, protects very pale/fair skin in summer desert sun, does not irritate sensitive skin, does not clog pores, hydrating, doesn’t leave a high shine look like most similar products ⛔️ CONS: does not have a matte finish as it claims (more of a satin finish), it is oil free but if you are prone to oily skin it will not prevent the oiliness from showing, can be used as a primer under makeup applications but not nearly as good as an actual cosmetics primer ⭐️ WOULD BUY AGAIN ⭐️ Cetaphil Sheer Mineral Liquid Sunscreen works great for protecting my face: I have very pale/fair skin, I can be quite sensitive to skin products (as well as having mild rosacea) but this doesn’t irritate my skin in any way, and it has never clogged my pores or caused breakouts. This sunscreen also contains skin care ingredients so it doesn’t just protect your skin but also makes it healthier. However, I do have combination skin - forehead in particular is prone to oiliness. The product claims to be a matte finish for oily skin and for under makeup application as a primer. The finish is not matte on my skin, even with a freshly cleansed face there is still some sheen - BUT it’s very subtle and a far cry from the shiny look of most other affordable sunscreens. While I can’t argue that it can be used as a primer under makeup, it doesn’t give the same quality skin prep for cosmetics the way an actual makeup primer does. Even if you are prone to oily skin as I am, I still recommend Cetaphil Sheer Mineral Liquid Sunscreen for the face. It’s great quality, and protects very pale/fair, sensitive skin very well. I live in a desert area of Southern California, and I’ve never had a burn or even hints of a burn while using this product. Be sure to follow the directions and reapply every 2 hours to keep your skin safe and healthy!

Sun Protection, Clogged Pores Included
Size: 1.7 Fl Oz (Pack of 1), Style: SPF 50 Liquid Drops
While this sunscreen is lightweight, sinks into skin nicely, protects against sun damage very well, is truly affordable, and has a residue-free finish, it is not non-comedogenic as advertised. After using it daily for three weeks on my face, throat, the back of my neck, and ears it caused clogged pores on my nose, chin, and forehead and acne on my cheeks, ears, and hairline on the back of my neck. It also increased the overall oiliness of my skin. I did not change any of my other skincare products, usual daily sun exposure, diet, exercise, have health or medication changes, etc. during use, so this sunscreen is the culprit. For reference, I am in my late 40s and have combination skin on the drier side that can be sensitive. I also have psoriasis but had no active patches while using this product. Before applying the sunscreen, I used an acne cleanser with 2% salicylic acid (currently using Cetaphil's new one), Cosrx 6 Peptide Booster, CeraVe Vitamin C serum, and then Vanicream Facial Moisturizer, letting all products absorb well for at least 10 minutes before applying the sunscreen. (I have used this same routine for over two years with excellent results.) Then, I applied two finger lengths of the sunscreen to my face and neck, another to the back of my neck, and a decent-size dab to my ears. The sunscreen melts in quickly and leaves a slight white cast initially, but it dissipates quickly. I'm very fair, however, so this may just be my coloring. In aminute or two, the sunscreen is dry to the touch and ready for makeup application, for those who wear it. I haven't given the sunscreen a test drive with makeup since I prefer not to wear it. The finish is satin-like on my skin, not matte as advertised or shiny as mentioned by some reviewers. My skin experienced some oil breakthrough after a couple of hours, but that's typical for any sunscreen. It was more than the Korean brands I prefer with chemical UV filters, however, even ones that are more moisturizing. Unfortunately, this is another American sunscreen fail for me. I'll use it up on my arms and legs. Oh, one final note: some folks are whinging about the size of the bottle. It holds 1.7 ounces of product in a very convenient, purse- or pocket-friendly size. 1.7 ounces is a standard volume for many brands of both American and Korean sunscreen, and this is actually a relevant selling point since it's not an unwieldy tube. Go by the weight when buying liquids, folks!

Worked well near the equator
Style: SPF 50
I bought this product because I was going to be in the field for a month, outside, every day, all day, in Tanzania at high altitude. A severe sunburn would be hard to treat in the remote area we were in, but also I am very careful about protecting my skin from aging. I had to have mineral based sunscreen because as a whitewater kayaker I know it’s the only truly water resistant kind and it was going to be sweaty. And since I knew I was going to be putting it on every day, and we didn’t have running water in the field (bucket showers only) I didn’t want it to feel gross. (I really wanted to try the spray but I didn’t want to put anything pressurized in my luggage.) And I had already discovered the Coola face sunscreen (30spf version) which had impressed me with how silky smooth and not greasy it is. Now this IS greasier because it is a higher SPF. BUT I think this product is as good as you’re going to get with the protection you’re getting. Like I said, I’m a white water tiger, so I have used a LOT of mineral sunscreens. This was hands down the most comfortable one I’ve used. And it was effective. I didn’t burn once—only time I did burn was when I forgot to put it on one day toward the end of the trip, when we were out for just a couple hours—and I got the first 2nd degree burn I’ve ever had in my life. That was what this stuff had protected me from, all day every day, the entire trip. I did tan a little but I think that was mostly from the few times I was not covered during short bouts or it was cloudy. For my face I used the Coola 50spf face product.

Love this stuff!
Style: SPF 50
I use this every day and I love how it is frangrance free and creamy. I have a very fair complexion and I will say it leaves a slight white cast but it doesn’t bother me because it almost makes my fairness more creamy looking. My skin texture has improved since wearing it daily and no allergies from it. I highly recommend especially if you have fairer skin otherwise it may leave a cast .

Excellent mineral sunscreen with minimal white cast.
Style: SPF 50
This is one of the healthier sunscreens I’ve found so far. You’re not likely going to find a mineral sunscreen that doesn’t leave some white cast. However, this one rubs in pretty good with minimal cast. You can dab on and rub in fairly easily… as long as you don’t use too much the white cast should be minimal. I am not sure how well this would work on darker skin tones. My arms are a medium skin tone… my legs are more of a light-medium tone. I prefer mineral sunscreens, and this is the best one I found so far and compatible to Supergoop mineral play. If you liked that one, you would likely enjoy this Coola one too.
