Nel calice si manifesta con una tonalità rosso rubino leggera, molto brillante. I profumi al naso sono delicati e avvolgenti, e pongono in evidenza aromi di ribes nero, prugna, pepe e vaniglia. All’assaggio è strutturato, ricco, rotondo, giustamente fresco.Quando si stappa una bottiglia di Pinot Nero, le aspettative sono sempre elevate: l’azienda I Feudi di Romans riesce con questo Friuli Isonzo DOC a soddisfare il palato con un prodotto la cui classe risiede nell’equilibrio e nella rotondità delle sensazioni. Le uve fermentano in acciaio alla temperatura di 28 °C, per poi affinare in botti di rovere di Slavonia per circa 8 mesi. Una bottiglia che racconta la perfetta sinergia fra la famiglia Lorenzon e queste terre.
Ottimo con la selvaggina da piuma, è da provare anche con zuppe di legumi saporiti. Perfetto anche con i formaggi mediamente stagionati, dà il meglio di sé con il petto di piccione con spinaci e uvetta.

If you have a dog who likes to pop things then this toy isn't it. Within 5 min she had this ball popped. It was made to sound like it was durable for this type of thing but it definitely is not so just be aware. Now if you have a dog who doesn't pop things easy then this would be a good toy
