The Co Pilot for the 06-07 Allison 1000 makes it possible to transfer increased power levels over stock developed by a modified engine to the rear wheels without causing the dreaded transmission slip and condition that plagues the Allison transmission.

The Co-Pilot package alone, without any internal transmission modifications, allows the transmission to handle approximately 85 more horsepower and 120 foot pounds of torque over the power level at which the stock Allison will typically enter into "Fail Safe" mode, roughly 425HP/650Tq. The Co-Pilot kit allows the transmissions clutch packs to receive full line pressure (clamping force needed to apply clutches) during high power situations. The stock Allison LCT-1000/2000 and 2400 transmissions torque capacity has been reduced by the limited pressure that is available i the clutch packs. The stock Allison transmission only receives approximately 86-PSI oil pressure to the clutch packs when in 5th gear. After the addition of the Co-Pilot transmission system the transmission clutch packs receive approximately 230-PSI, more than 2.5 times the stock pressure.

This kit makes it possible to transfer increased power levels over stock developed by a modified engine to the rear wheels without causing the dreaded transmission slip and Fail Safe condition that plagues the Allison transmission. The Co-PilotTM package alone, without any internal transmission modifications, allows the transmission to handle approximately 85 more horsepower and 120 foot pounds of torque over the power level at which the stock Allison will typically enter into "Fail Safe" mode, roughly 425HP/650Tq. The Co-PilotTM kit allows the transmission's clutch packs to receive full line pressure (clamping force needed to apply clutches) during high power situations. The stock Allison LCT-1000/2000 and 2400 transmission's torque capacity has been reduced by the limited pressure that is available in the clutch packs. The stock Allison transmission only receives approximately 86-PSI oil pressure to the clutch packs when in 5th gear. After the addition of the Co-PilotTM transmission system the transmission clutch packs receive approximately 230-PSI, more than 2.5 times the stock pressure.

The biggest factor that causes transmission failures, as noted before, is the fact that apply pressures are too low. They work great for a stock transmission, however, as soon as more power is added, damage is likely to occur. The Trans go shift kit has been used for years with great success, but how successful is it really? The trans go will raise your apply pressure to about 15-PSI or so over stock. This equates to somewhere around 100-PSI. This is a miniscule amount when compared to the ATS Co-Pilot. The common misconception is that it will cause far too much pressure if the Co-Pilot and Trans go are used in tandem. This is false. The only modification is that when drilling the separator plate, it is ideal to only drill out about 65/1000 instead of 100/1000. With these two enhancements used together, a stock Allison will see probably see a 1:1 ratio of line pressure to apply pressure. This will yield incredible results in a stock transmission.

It is often said that timing is everything, and that adage holds true in this scenario. The stock transmission has a very gradual pressure ramp up time, which is another cause of slipping under higher power levels. The Trans go follows the same pressure ramp up time, because it is mechanical, it is simply imitating with magnification of the stock attributes. The Co-Pilot however is electronic and programmed by ATS. We enabled it to bring the pressure up in a fraction of the time, allowing for a greater amount of shock force and clutch grip.

By allowing the available line pressure to the clutch packs, we have designed a system that increases the torque capacity of the stock Allison transmission by over 280 foot pounds of torque with the simple addition of our Co-pilotTM transmission kit. This increased pressure is only applied during high engine torque output, unlike other mechanical kits that do not use electronic controls. This removes the concern of excessive pressure on vital transmission parts such as delivery rings, drums, shafts, etc. during normal operation. Other valve body kits being sold today perform this hydraulically, only after the trim valve has completed the shift. The problems with these hydraulic kits lie in two areas. The first is the lack of ability to sense engine torque and to anticipate a shift. This causes the clutches to endure an excessive amount of slip, causing heat during the shift and eventually glazes the shifting clutch packs. The other problem with these mechanical kits is the valves supply full line pressure to the delivery rings in the transmission at all times. This constant high pressure causes excessive wear in the transmission. We have spent a great amount of time in the engineering and development of this kit to ensure long transmission life, along with great performance. If the Co-PilotTM kit is installed into a transmission that has been pushed into the fail-safe protection mode (neutral) the effect the Co-PilotTM will have on the transmission is not as apparent as when installed on a stock transmission that has not been previously damaged. After the C-3 (3rd-5th) clutch pack has been glazed a few times the clutch pack looses about 20% of its holding force, in this case the complete ATS Heavy Duty Transmission package may be necessary to repair the previously damaged components inside the transmission.

Switched from luxury brands and never looked back!
Size: 19 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I used to spend way too much on high end body moisturizers thinking the price meant better results. Tried CeraVe on a whim and realized I was paying for packaging and fragrance this whole time. This does more for my skin than anything I used before. I use it daily all over my body after showering and my skin stays soft the entire day. No irritation ever. The formula is so gentle that I forget I'm even wearing anything. No fragrance, no stinging, no breakouts. Just clean hydration. If you have sensitive skin and you're nervous about trying something new, this is about as safe as it gets. The 19 oz tub lasts a long time even with daily full body use. Ceramides and hyaluronic acid at this price point is honestly ridiculous value. Save your money on the luxury stuff and just get this.

So Far, Really Good for Dry and Sensitive Skin
Size: 8 Ounce, Size: 8 Ounce
I’ve only been using this moisturizer for about 2 weeks, but so far I really like it. It keeps my skin feeling hydrated throughout the day without feeling greasy or heavy. The texture is smooth, absorbs nicely, and doesn’t irritate my skin at all. I also noticed my skin feels softer and less dry since I started using it. It’s simple, gentle, and works well for everyday use, especially if you have sensitive skin. So far I haven’t experienced any breakouts or strong fragrance issues, which I appreciate. Too early to say long-term results, but my first impression has been very positive and I would buy it again.

Gentle but effective
Size: 4 Fl Oz
I’ve used quite a few exfoliating products over the years, but I keep coming back to this one because blackheads seem determined to make themselves at home in my pores. No matter how consistent I am with the rest of my skincare routine, they always find a way to show up, especially around my nose and chin. What I like most about this exfoliant is that it works without feeling harsh. It has a lightweight liquid texture that applies easily and absorbs quickly. Unlike physical scrubs that can leave my skin feeling irritated or over-exfoliated, this provides gentle chemical exfoliation with none of the rough scrubbing. My skin feels smoother after use, and I don’t get the tight, stripped feeling that some acne-focused products can cause. After using it regularly, I notice fewer clogged pores and a visible reduction in blackheads. My pores also look less noticeable, and my skin texture appears more even overall. It helps keep congestion under control before it turns into larger blemishes, which is a big reason why it has remained a staple in my routine. For me, this is one of those rare products that manages to be both effective and gentle at the same time. If blackheads and clogged pores are an ongoing battle, this has been one of the most reliable products I’ve found for keeping them under control while still being comfortable enough for regular use. Summary: This exfoliant has earned a permanent spot in my skincare routine. It helps reduce blackheads, keeps my pores looking clearer, and improves overall skin texture without irritating my skin. For anyone dealing with persistent pore congestion, it’s easy to see why this product has such a loyal following.

If you actually understand how to use it, it's amazing.
Size: 4 Fl Oz
My skin type: - Very Dry, easily dehydrated - Oily nose - Prone to stubborn acne and closed comedones - Redness on chin and cheeks (not rosacea) I already use a nightly Tretinoin cream (.04% concentration) to help with my acne and premature signs of aging but decided with my derm that incorporating a BHA would be a good idea to help with my seriously stubborn closed comedones and some irritating textural issues. It was between this and the Cerave SA lotion and I ultimately decided on this due to the higher concentration of salicylic acid. It's moisturizing, and feels sticky for the first 5-10 minutes after application but seems to sinks in to something of a satin finish on me and I can no longer feel it on my skin. You just have to be a little patient. My skin feels well hydrated and plump after it settles and looks really smooth and my pores aren't as obvious. It sits just fine under makeup for me but I'm not a new user to chemical exfoliants so I don't have lots of dead skin pilling up or sloughing off when I use it, my skin is, for the most part, already very smooth outside the acne and CCs. Occasionally I'll apply it further down my neck/decolletage than usual and WOW do I old skin just ball up and peel right away - it's so gross but also satisfying. So those that don't exfoliate often or are new to BHA/AHAs will likely have issues with foundation until their skin adjusts (but it will adjust). My advice in those cases is to either use this at night for the first few weeks or just accept going barefaced for a little while if you can. I'd strongly suggest not applying this product over anything that you feel does not dry down fully, the times I've attempted to use it after serums or heavier products it takes forever to sink in and sometimes never fully does. I save all my serums and essences for after this has absorbed and it's far easier to work with it as a result. My steps go like this most days: ACWell Licorice toner --- PC 2% BHA --- 10% Niacinamide serum --- TO Matryxil serum --- Secret Key Black Snail cream or Syn-ake cream w/ 3 drops Stratia Fortify oil --- Sunscreen. It works fairly quickly IMO, on my neck where I typically don't apply my Tret at night I noticed the peeling and balling of dead skin on day one and on my face where I have a patch of really awful CCs I noticed them getting smaller and smoother by around day 3-4. I'm going on about 8 days now and they're barely visible unless I'm right up in the mirror and feel as if they're almost gone when I touch my fingers to that area. I do have some slight peeling of the skin around my mouth and nose but it's not terrible (likely because I already exfoliate the heck out of my skin with the tret). Some tips and things keep in mind: 1) DO NOT RINSE IT OFF. I don't understand some of the top reviews advising people to do that, it says on the bottle not to rinse and nearly all chemical exfoliators are meant to be left on until the next cleansing specifically so they can do their job. If you rinse it off you're either going to prevent it from properly exfoliating or end up irritating the hell out of your skin. If you have oily skin and feel this might be heavy on you than you can probably just use this on bare skin and then sunscreen if you use in the AM or a lightweight lotion/cream and be done with it, but you need to leave it on your skin. 2) You have got to use sunscreen while you're using this product! Any BHA or AHA exfoliant causes increased sun sensitivity and you have to address that in your routine. You should already use sunscreen daily but it becomes a must when you incorporate a chemical exfoliator or you risk sun damage. 3) Less is more! Don't slop this on your face or soak a cotton pad in it, a little goes a long way and you'll be kicking yourself if you apply way too much and have to wait 20+ minutes for it to sink in. Use a shake or two and add more if needed but go easy. 4) Expect some irritation initially. Chemical exfoliants can be harsh and rough even on sturdy skin and you have to give yourself time to adjust. Over-exfoliation is a possibility but sometimes just introducing a BHA or AHA into your routine can cause some sensitivity. Don't panic and just be gentle to your skin. Use ceramides (like Cerave Skin Renewing cream) or fatty oils to soothe your face if needed and try to stay away from any harsh products or acids like Vitamin C right after applying this to avoid really burning your face.
