According to the Bible Jesus Christ is the begotten Son of God, not the incarnation of an ÔEternal SonÕ. Scriptural texts that appear to show a pre-existent ÔEternal SonÕ show nothing of the kind. Texts used to support a Trinity have better interpretations in terms of the one God who manifests himself as Word and Spirit.
