The Cambodian Base Bettas are any Bettas that has a predominantly colour fins whether it be a red, blue or yellow base. However, the striking difference is that it's body is yellowish to whiteish. (Some will have speckled on it's body as well)
They are such a pretty fish to see and have in a tank like a study room or the living room. Being red they represent fire! and for that it should invigorate your life.
These fish was popular back in 2000 where they were first introduced into the hobby.
They remained a staple in Nano Tanks Australia and it is such a nice variation of a betta overall.
We do suggest you keep these wonderful creatures in a planted aquascape tank.
