Drawing from their roots in California punk rock, hardcore, and fatherhood, the 'DADDITUDE' that these seasoned musician-dads are delivering is more than just a cheap shot at comedy; it's something a lot of people in the punk and hardcore world are taking seriously... Well, as seriously as you can, given the lyrical content. These tracks pick up right where last year's debut (Father's Day) EP and their Xmas split with Ramoms lead off - without rehashing the same old jokes and riffs! Sublingual works well for melatonin!

Sublingual seems to be the way to go with melatonin. It works well for me. It’s great this company offers a variety of doses. I was doing 10mg but I learned it might not good to stay on that high a dose for an extended period of time. So I switched to 5mg and it still works well.
