The Rat CXCL10/IP10 ELISA kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat IP10. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Rat IP10. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Rat IP10, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Rat IP10 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

I do the double cleansing with the oil first then this product and the really help keep my skin feel protected and soft. So gas as the foaming I use less than a dime maybe a quarter the size of a dime and get great foaming. Definitely add the soup first then some water to get the foaminess. Since I started using this cleanser I feel the effects are not hearsay or stripping. Pros: Scent free, requires small amount for a good cleansing and leave you feeling soft yet cleaned and ready for your next step like toner or witch hazel. Cons: None for now. I really like this product and recommend to anyone who needs a good scent free cleanser
