- 48" x 20-1/2" cooking surface with a 1" polished steel griddle plate for excellent heat retention.
- Four 25,000 BTU burners deliver 100,000 BTU total output.
- Embedded mechanical snap action thermostats every 12" provide responsive temperature control from 200°F to 450°F.
- Natural gas standard with a supplied LP conversion kit and convertible pressure regulator.
- Fully welded stainless/aluminized steel chassis with stainless steel front, sides, and front top ledge.
- 4-1/2 quart grease can, stainless grease trough, and heavy gauge drawer help simplify cleanup.
