Metabolism Buffered Vitamin C - Mix the contents of one single serving pack (7 g) with 6-8 oz of cold water and consume daily, or use as directed by your healthcare professional.
Metabolism D3 & K2 - 1-2 capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
