Delivery time is between 3-5 working days from the date you placed your order.
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We will send you tracking details by email within 48 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at [email protected] so that we can help.
Please note that deliveries to locations outside the UK Mainland may take longer and may be subject to additional charges. Please get in touch with us for a personalised delivery quote.
MISSED DELIVERIES
Once your order is ready for dispatch, either we or our designated courier will contact you via email, telephone or SMS with tracking information and where applicable, to arrange a suitable delivery window. Please ensure that someone is present at the specified delivery address to receive and sign for your item. If you need to reschedule your delivery, we kindly ask that you notify us or the courier as soon as possible.
Please be aware that once a delivery slot has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes can be accommodated without sufficient notice.
Important: If a delivery attempt fails and a new date or time must be arranged, you may be liable for paying the redelivery cost. For e-bike deliveries to mainland UK, this charge is typically approximately £75 + VAT.

ASSEMBLY
Every Hygge e-bike arrives securely boxed and 99% assembled and undergoes a thorough pre-delivery inspection (PDI) to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. The brakes, gears, electrics, tyre pressure, and overall assembly are carefully checked.
Once delivered, simply fit the pedals and straighten the handlebars, then you're ready to ride!
WARRANTY & SUPPORT
1 YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
Excellent aftercare comes as standard. This electric bike comes with a 1 year warranty on the bike and accessories, so you can ride away with complete peace of mind.
WHAT IS COVERED:
- Frame & Forks: Warranty covers any structural defects in the frame or forks due to manufacturing faults.
- Battery & Motor: Warranty covers defects in the motor & battery that affect the performance & functionality of the E-Bike.
- Brake Failure & Defects: Warranty covers any Brake Failure and Brake Replacement.
- Electrical Components: Warranty includes issues with electrical components, such as the display, controllers, & wiring, that are a result of manufacturing defects.
- Accessories: Warranty covers defects in accessories, such as helmets, chargers, & bike locks, as long as they are used under normal conditions.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
- Damage from Accidents or Improper Use: The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect.
- Normal Wear & Tear: Wear & tear on components such as tires, brakes, chains, and gears is not covered by the warranty.
- Modifications: If the E-Bike or accessories have been modified in any way, including the installation of non-original parts, the warranty may be voided.
