Integrated Twin-Shaft Mixer (MV Series)
- Totally-enclosed gear motor with two mixing speeds (Low 23 RPM / High 46 RPM main agitator).
- 304 stainless anchor-style main agitator follows the contour of the kettle for complete product turnover.
- Counter-rotating secondary beater (60 RPM / 120 RPM) quickly breaks up lumps and improves shear.
- Removable nylon scraper blades continuously wipe the kettle wall to prevent burn-on.
- Actuator-assisted lift raises mixer bridge and agitators clear for safe loading, unloading and cleaning.
- Positive rim-lock and safety interlock prevent high-speed starts unless the bridge is fully engaged.
- Bayonet-mount agitator and beater detach in seconds for cleaning or when the kettle is used without mixing.
