SHIPPING
If the piece you order is not in stock then we'll make it to order. Made-to-order art glass pieces ship 6 - 8 weeks. In stock items ship on a weekly basis and generally take 5 business days to arrive. If you need something sooner, let us know and we can make arrangements.
Items ship via UPS or USPS. We'll contact you when your order is ready for shipment. All our packages are double boxed to protect the contents. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Our art glass is hand created and not manufactured. Small blemishes in the glass and variances in size and shape of the shades and art glass pieces are inherent to hand blown glass. We want you to be pleased with your choices. Art glass pieces can be exchanged once within a 90 day period for a restocking fee plus shipping, or returned for store credit. All returned merchandise must be in salable condition. Contact our gallery for more details.
