Ingredients:
- Protein Blend (Soy Protein Isolate and Milk Protein Isolate).
- Maltodextrin, Dietary Fiber (Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum).
- MCT oil powder, vitamin and mineral blend, flavors, and sweeteners.
Directions:
- Measure 200 milliliters of pre-boiled, room-temperature water.
- Using the provided scoop, measure out 6 leveled scoops (about 50g) of Nestle Optifast powder.
- Gradually add powder to water and mix vigorously until completely dissolved.

Strong and Durable, Great for Large Garbage Cans

The black color looks clean, they are thick and strong, and the unscented option is perfect if you do not want artificial smells.
