- Sprouted ragi malt recipe is quite easy to make. Sprouted ragi flour is made from crushing sprouted ragi whole grains. A good gluten-free source of protein, ragi is also a good baby food due to its rich nutrient content. Soak the ragi before putting the ragi grains in the grinder, ragi grain seeds should be dry. Take a few tablespoons of ragi flour, add milk or water by adding little cardamom powder by stirring continuously for some time span, leave the mixture as it is for 15 minutes, put some curry leaves above the mixture to add an extra beneficial ingredient for digestion.

- Take ragi porridge and add jaggery that can be made as a malt by adding one/two cups water according to the requirement.
- To make ragi malt, many women sprout these grains at home and shade dry them and mill them to flour.if making ragi malt to babies and kids then we always sprout the ragi and make the flour. As ragi malt made with sprouted ragi is more nutritious and easily digestible.
- Sprouted Ragi Millet Flour
- Dry Fruits
- Cardamom.
- Mix two spoons of Ragi malt with water to make it into a smooth paste in order to avoid lumps.
- Add this to 200 ml hot milk and boil it for 5 minutes.
- Stir it well while boiling.
- Pour it into a glass and serve it hot, add jaggery powder according to your taste.

New favorite moisture serum
I am blown away by this formula - it goes on silky and absorbs into the skin, giving it a plump, hydrated glow without ANY stickiness or annoying shine. Two pumps after cleansing and toner is just right but you can also go in heavier and use in place of a moisturizer. This truly gives me lasting moisture, which is amazing for a light to mid-weight serum. Wears great with other complexion products and under makeup. The glass bottle is luxe and the pump isn't the least bit messy. Glycerin is all the rage in terms of "hot" ingredients right now - and I have to say after using this, I'm a believer. I've pretty much replaced a classic daily moisturizer with pairing this serum before Strata Lipid Gold (another holy grail) - which works great under my moisturizing Japanese sunscreen (Canmake Mermaid Skin). These steps provide a flawless, juicy base under makeup for my maturing (43-year old) skin. Can't wait to try more products in this line.

LOVE
I love this stuff, doesn't irritate my skin and one pump goes a long way. I like to apply it right out of the shower with some rose hydrosol so my skin can soak it right up. Has a great plumping effect and doesn't irritate sensitive eye or lip areas. The glass bottle is a must for me and the pump is a nice added bonus. Also nice that it is made in the US. No strong scents or any fragrance, lasts me a long time too so the price isn't too bad. I'm new to this brand but am absolutely loving it so far!
If Prequel is reading this, PLEASE start using aluminum or glass pump bottles for your face cleansers and offer cheaper refills in packets- I'm sure there are plenty of people who would be willing to pay a bit more for the bottle and then less for a refill. Maybe the cost would even out? I love being able to keep your glass bottles and I hate having to throw out these plastic bottles. Just a thought...

AM & PM Staple!
If you’re looking for a product that actually hydrates and has a bare bones ingredients list, this is it. I have very sensitive, pale skin that’s been even drier since starting tretinoin, and this serum has been amazing. The first time I used it, I saw a noticeable difference in the fine lines. It hydrates even more when I apply it while my face is still wet, and I don’t have to worry about it reacting with other products in my routine. It has no smell, and two pumps is all I need so the bottle has lasted a few months. Now a staple in my AM and PM routine.
