In this time they have recorded nine studio albums, composed music for films, museums, fashion shows and installations, have toured the world, played with various orchestras, sang duets and collaborated with many great singers and musicians, lost their desire, split up, rearranged, reformed, re-kindled their musical passion and in 2012 made what they, and many critics consider to be one of their finest albums the Something Rain. Tindersticks wanted to mark this special anniversary year in some way, to connect this history with what they have become. After much discussion they entered the legendary Studio 2 at Abbey Road and from April 6th to 9th, 2013, recorded Across Six Leap Years, their 10th studio album; 10 new versions of songs from throughout their history. 'Across the years some songs were lost along the way. For one reason or another they never became how they were imagined to be in their recorded form - until now. Across Six Leap Years brings together these previously unrealized tracks as part celebration, part reinvention.'

Slimy! Taste okay, but strange texture

I really wanted to like these but they're really slimy! I've had Jack Links before but these are even more slimy. I normally get chomps or archer beef sticks. I would say these have the texture of the archer beef stick just a bit more slimy. Not my favorite.

Gross Texture - Weirdly Soft

These are literally the nastiest possible version of a meat stick I've ever had.
Bought them for the price and for lunches to take to work. As it would turn out, I couldn't give them away to family. Everyone who bravely tried it were met with the same gross, weirdly soft, texture. No matter if it was refrigerated or room temp - it was eerily soft I felt like I was eating baby food. The flavor was... Fine? I guess. It didn't wow me either way, just kinda existed. They are also pretty small, I expected more than 4in per item for the price. I thought the price was good when I thought they were bigger, but when I discovered they were smaller, the price became less worth it.
Overall, I'm not sure who the target audience for these it because adults and kids alike did not like them or their weird texture.

I’d rather reviews on these before purchasing them and I didn’t think I was gonna like it. I seen a lot of bad reviews lotta negativity, but I was impressed. They’re actually good a little greasy not too much. They were not mushy at all. Remind me of a slim gym, but not that greasy. I normally eat a different brand, but I really like this and I will buy it again. I recommend it. I wasn’t going to try it because a lot of the reviews weren’t too good that I was reading but they’re good. I like them, but I’m glad I tried it and they are zero sugar.
