Heather Ramsey, vocalist and CEO of The Midwest School of Voice, honored to be releasing her second CD with 'Peace Like a River.' Her soulful vocal style and poignant interpretations of holiday classics are a reflection of her diverse influences in music. Renowned pianist, arranger, composer and author Dr. Monika Herzig adds her unique spin to these festive tunes to showcase Ramsey's ability to sing many styles. Ramsey draws some of her influence on this album from the beloved holiday music of The Carpenters. 'I'll admit it, I'm a huge Karen Carpenter fan, and something about her voice on their holiday album puts me at peace any time of year. Holiday music is homecoming for me, a return to my roots. I wanted to share my love of this music with the world and do it in a way that invited everyone to enjoy something on the album. You'll hear my favorite songs, my parent's favorite songs, songs to lift your spirit and songs to make you reflect on holidays gone by and holidays to come. Monika was also able to incorporate my love of many different musical styles in the arrangements, so each song is a new experience and a new sound. I hope you enjoy my gift to you this holiday season and share it with your family and friends,' said the vocalist. Ramsey and Herzig are frequent collaborators and the chance to record together was a special event for both ladies. Feels cheap, but so far it's held up

Looks as advertised, works well, and pretty water resistant thus far. Surprisingly water resistant. Unfortunately the band the watch comes with immediately felt a little cheap and flimsy to me. About a week after my purchase the band did inevitably break. The watch itself is still fantastic and everything works proper, like it should. Funny thing, I had left a review shortly after my purchase, talking about my dissatisfaction with how cheap the band felt. I have purchased many Olevs watches in the past and have had zero issues with any of them. I guess the company that makes or sells these watches read my review and asked about my dissatisfaction. I informed them of what happened, and they offered me a full refund. Originally I posted my review at three stars, just for that watch. All the other Olevs watches I have purchased are great. The customer service is so fantastic, this has never happened to me before so I am elated. They earned the five-star rating, and I would highly recommend checking out their collection of watches if you are a collector like me. I am overly confident if you do purchase one of these watches, and have any issue whatsoever with it, if you contact the customer service department they will be incredibly helpful as they have with me, and based off of my recent experience, I am sure they will do whatever it takes to make things right with you. Well done, very surprising customer service department. Very refreshing these days. Based on customer satisfaction alone they get five stars from me!

Accurate and affordable starter watch!
Color: 2926 Silver Blue
I bought this watch solely out of curiosity. It's not as heavy as I'd like, but the weight reminds me of the Citizen Super Titanium (lovely watch but not a fan). So I gave it to my son. He loves this watch!
He wears it all day at school and everywhere we go. He's done such a great job of maintaining it that I'm looking to get him more expensive ones for milestones. Honestly, this is a great starter watch and it's amazing how accurate it is!
