After undergoing chill filtration, the gin is bottled at the optimal alcohol by volume (ABV) of 42.5%. To achieve this ABV, the distillery collects the spirit at 70% ABV before cutting it with pure water drawn from their own well, located 240 feet below. To enhance the drinking experience, it is recommended to serve the gin with large ice cubes, a wedge of fresh orange, and a sprinkle of juniper berries.
