The Hollyland Solidcom C1 Pro Roaming Hub (V-Mount) is the official, mission-critical replacement or expansion base station designed to anchor and scale your full-duplex wireless intercom system.

While standard Solidcom C1 Pro packages rely on a primary "Master Headset" to link up to 5 users, adding this standalone dedicated physical Hub dramatically multiplies your network capability, unlocking advanced team grouping, cross-system audio interfacing, and extended coverage footprints.

Key Capabilities & Advanced Features

  • Integrated V-Mount Battery Plate: The rear chassis features a native, industrial-grade V-Mount plate. This allows production teams to power the entire communication network completely off the grid using standard high-capacity cinema batteries, making it indispensable for remote outdoor locations, ENG news vans, and sports sidelines.

  • Massive 9-User Grid Expansion: A single Roaming Hub natively coordinates up to 8 remote wireless headsets simultaneously. It also features a dedicated wired headset port on the faceplate, expanding your local loop to 9 active communicators without occupying any wireless DECT slots.

  • Cascading Network Architecture: For large-scale operations, multiple Roaming Hubs can be daisy-chained together via standard IP/UTP networking cables or 2-wire/4-wire interfaces, smoothly scaling your network to support dozens of headsets across expansive venues.

  • Tactile A/B Team Grouping: The interface features physical toggle switches and a bright LCD readout allowing the hub administrator to instantly divide the crew into two completely isolated channels (e.g., Team A for Camera/Lighting and Team B for Stage Hands/Audio), or join them together in an "All-Talk" broadcast loop.

  • One-Touch Failsafe Announcement Mode: Features a prominent physical "ANNOUNCE" button. Pressing this instantly overrides and mutes the microphone transmissions of all remote wireless headsets on the floor, clearing the airwaves so the director can deliver critical, uninterrupted production cues.

Interfacing Breakouts: Integrating External Systems

The backplane of the Roaming Hub serves as an advanced audio integration bay, allowing you to link your wireless headsets directly to traditional venue audio infrastructures:

  1. 4-Wire Interface (RJ45): Seamlessly patches the Hollyland loop straight into professional matrix intercom backbones, such as Clear-Com or Riedel networks.

  2. 2-Wire Interface (XLR): Connects directly to legacy analog partyline systems via standard 3-pin XLR cabling, matching voltage and audio levels automatically.

  3. USB-C Audio Digital Link: Allows you to connect the hub straight to a production laptop, enabling your local physical crew to talk directly to remote staff over digital meeting software like Zoom, Skype, or Teams.

On-Set RF Placement Tip: To achieve the maximum 1,100-foot coverage footprint and prevent signal dropouts behind walls or stage sets, never place the Roaming Hub low to the ground or deep inside a metal equipment rack. Utilize the integrated 5/8" stand mount on the base to elevate the Hub on a sturdy light stand at least 7 to 8 feet above crowd head-height. This ensures a clean, line-of-sight RF path over the heads of the crew and audience.

delightful read
Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
