Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rabbit MX1 and Avidin Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro

The Rabbit MX1 (Myxovirus Resistance 1) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rabbit MX1. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rabbit MX1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rabbit MX1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rabbit MX1. You can calculate the concentration of Rabbit MX1 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

I do not review items very often, but after considering that I have ordered these no less than 30 times, I decided it was time. I have four dogs who absolutely love them, so I go through them pretty quickly. They are generally very large, with occasionally one smaller one in the bag. These are the best price/quantity pigs ears I have been able to find. Each bag has eight ears. My dogs range in size from a (very food-motivated) mini dachshund to a pit bull, so the treats are good for any size. I order them for my sister’s and my boyfriend’s dogs, and my boyfriend breaks them in half to give to his dog if you don’t want them to have the whole one all at once. Would highly recommend!
