Verzehrempfehlung

3 g Pulver pro Tag – 3 Dosierlöffel – mit einem Plastiklöffel in ein halbes Glas körperwarmes Wasser einrühren und 5-15 Minuten stehen lassen. Abschließend umrühren und trinken. Am besten vor einer Mahlzeit auf möglichst leeren Magen. Hier findest Du ein Video zur Einnahme von Pro- und Präbiotika.
