Wie in einem Gewächshaus für Pflanzen, wachsen die glücklichen Lachse in einem geschlossenem Kreislaufsystem, befüllt mit frischem mineralhaltigen Salzwasser auf.

Der wohl nachhaltigste Lachs ist ohne künstliche Farbstoffe, Antibiotika und Pestizide aufgezogen. Das Ergebnis ist ein Omega 3 reiches, festes, fettarmes Fleisch mit einer einzigartigen Marmorierung.

Das Futter des "Land-Based Salmons" wird aus einer Reihe von möglichst nachhaltig gewonnenen Zutaten zusammengestellt, um den , alle erforderlichen Nährstoffe in Form von Proteinen, Fetten, Kohlenhydraten, Vitaminen und Mineralien zuzuführen. 

Zuchtgebiet an der Grenze Deutschland / Dänemark. 

Die Anlieferung erfolgt auf Trockeneis am gewünschten Liefertermin.
